Oral Solution

Therapeutically classification: Antibiotic

Composition: Each ml contains:

Sulfadimethoxine (sodium)	200	mg
Trimethoprim	40	mg

Target species: Poultry (broilers and breeders)

Indications:

Sutrilak^® is used for treatment of diseases caused by bacterial agents sensitive to sulfonamide, trimethoprim such as CRD, Colibacillosis, Infectious coryza, Bacterial pneumonia and infectious diarrhea.

Mechanism of action:

This combined with synergistic performance of Sulfadimethoxine and trimethoprim inhibit DNA synthesis in bacterial cells and has known as a bactericidal drug. Sulfadimethoxine acts against the broad-spectrum of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, protozoa and coccidia. Trimethoprim is also effective against streptococcus and most gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasmas.

Dosage & Administration:

500 ml per 1000 L of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days

Withdrawal times:

Meat: 5 days after the last treatment

Drug interactions:

Avoid using simultaneously with polypeptide drugs, aminoglycoside and beta-lactam antibiotics.

Caution:

Do not use in poultry that produce eggs for human consumption.

Should be used within 30 days after opening the seal.

Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.
