Indications:

Doxisol® 10% is active against Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Haemophilus spp., Escherichia coli, and so Mycoplasma, Spirochetes, Chlamydia, Rickettsia. Doxycycline has a great affinity for treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and colibacillosis.

Mechanism of action:

Doxycycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and has bacteriostatic action against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Doxycycline binds to ribosomes of the bacteria and inhibits the protein synthesis, thus not allowing the bacteria to grow and divide.

Dosage & Administration:

0.5-1 ml per 1 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days

Withdrawal times: 5 days after the last treatment

Contra-indications:

Do not use in case with hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.

Do not use in poultry that produce eggs for human consumption.

Caution:

Should be used within 30 days after opening the seal.

Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.

Storage:

Do not Store above 25°C, keep away from light and freezing.

Packing:

500 or 1000 mL HDPE bottle in a box
