Indications:
Baylosin® 10% is used for prevention and control of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and necrotic enteritis in replacement pullets, broilers, increasing body weight and improvement of feed conversion rate in broilers, increasing egg production.
Dosage & Administration:
For prevention and control of respiratory diseases:
127 mg tylosin phosphate per kg B.W or 11 kg per tonne for the first 5 days of life. It is strongly recommended to repeat of the birds at the age of 3-4 weeks.
For prevention and control of Necrotic Enteritis: 10 – 20 mg tylosin phosphate per kg body weight or 875-1750 g per tonne for 7 days.
Withdrawal time:
Broilers: 1 day after the last treatment
Drug interactions:
Avoid using simultaneously with other antibiotics (lincosamides, beta lactams and florfenicol).
Contra-indications:
Do not use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption.
Caution:
To ensure thorough dispersion of the product it should first be mixed with a suitable quantity of feed ingredients 50 kg before incorporation in the final mix.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.
Storage:
Do not store above 25°C, keep away from light and moisture.
