Penicillin G is an antibiotic of the β-lactam class. It with interfering in the formation of the cell wall of the growing bacteria weakens the cell wall and kills the bacteria.

Kanamycin acid sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic produced by Streptomyces kanamyceticus. It is a bactericidal antibiotic, which acts by inhibiting the synthesis of protein in susceptible microorganisms.

Cloxacillin benzathine has bactericidal activity against gram-positive bacteria. It is semisynthetic and in the class of β-lactam. Cloxacillin is active against beta-lactamase positive staphylococci, due to its large R chain, which does not allow the beta-lactamases to bind. Cloxacillin has less antibacterial activity than benzyl penicillin.
