Indications:
This drug used for control of respiratory diseases in poultry caused by mycoplasma, Mycoplasma synoviae, Ornithobacterium spp., Pasteurella multocida, CRD complex, fowl cholera and other gram-positive and gram-negative sensitive to tilmicosin.
Mechanism of action:
Tilmicosin is an antibiotic from macrolides family that inhibits the synthesis of bacteria proteins by binding to 50S ribosome subunit.
Dosage & Administration:
The average daily intake, 15 to 20 mg per kg of body weight.
Caution:
Is not permitted to use in poultry laying eggs for human consumption.
Is not used in the alternative plots 13 days before the start of egg-laying period.
Should be used within 30 days after opening the seal.
Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.
Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Withdrawal time:
Poultry: 13 days after the last treatment
Turkeys: 19 days after the last treatment
Storage:
Do not store above 25ºC, keep away from light and freezing.
