Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies
Mechanism of action:
Vitamin A protects and increases growth of epithelial cells and mucous membranes in various body organs. It is important in strengthening defense mechanism against bacterial/viral infections. Vitamin D3 increases calcium/phosphorous absorption and enhances their concentration in blood and it also helps calcium in proper fixation in bones and egg shells. It increases resistance/immunity during stress conditions. Vitamin E regulates cellular oxidation and plays its role in metabolism of carbohydrates, muscles creatine and glycogen. Vitamin E is one of the most important items for growth and activity enhancement in various body organs.
Vitamin C takes part in oxidation-reduction reactions and helps to synthesize steroid hormones, resulting in body resistance. This vitamin is used for strengthening of mucous membranes, increasing rooster’s fertility, hatchability rate and shell quality. Vitamin K3 is for the prevention and treatment of vitamin K3 deficiency. Vitamin K3 deficiency causes blood coagulation defect, hypersensitivity, anorexia, anemia, and increase in healing time of connective tissue and subcutaneous, intramuscular and intraventricular hemorrhages.
