Indications:

Doxisol® 10% is active against Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Chlamydia spp., Salmonella spp., Pasteurella, Mycoplasma, Haemophilus, Spirochetes, Escherichia coli, Rickettsia. Doxycycline has a great affinity for treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and colibacillosis.

Pharmacology:

Doxycycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and has bacteriostatic action against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Doxycycline binds to ribosomes of the bacteria and inhibits the protein synthesis, thus not allowing the bacteria to grow and divide.

Dosage & Administration:

0.5-1 ml per 1 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days

Withdrawal times: 5 days after the last treatment

Contra-indications:

Do not use in case with hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.

Do not use in poultry that produce eggs for human consumption.

Caution:

Should be used within 30 days after opening the seal.

Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.

Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Storage:

Do not Store above 25°C, keep away from light and freezing.
