Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D₃

Oral Solution

Therapeutically classification: Vitamin and mineral

Composition: Each ml contains:

Calcium chloride dihydrate                             406     mg

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate                     16       mg

Vitamin D₃                                                         200     I.U

Target Species: Poultry (Broilers, Layers, Breeders) and Livestock

Indications: 

Poultry:
Prevention and treatment of complications caused by calcium and magnesium deficiencies
Improve egg shell quality

Increase growth and production
Cattle:

Prevention of milk fever by control of blood cation levels (Ca & Mg) before parturition
Calcium supplying for milking period
Supportive therapy of hypocalcaemia concurrently with calcium injection

Mechanism of action: 

Calcium is an important element in the skeletal and egg shell formation, proper physiological function of body and also in muscular contraction. Magnesium is a cofactor for more than 300 enzymatic reactions involving ATP like glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation. It is also important in the function of Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase pump, membrane stabilization, nerve conduction, ion transportation and calcium channel activity. Vitamin D₃ is a fat soluble vitamin that has essential role in calcium absorption in the body.

Dosage and administration: 
Poultry:
1 liter per 1000-2000 liters of drinking water
Cattle:
Prevention of milk fever: 1-2 liter(s) of solution per Head before parturition, repeat each 12 hours.
Supportive therapy of hypocalcaemia: 1 liter of solution per Head, repeat each 12-24 hours.

Other conditions: 1–2 liter(s) of solution, repeat each 24 hours.

Note: Duration and dosage should be determined under the prescription of a veterinarian.

Withdrawal time: None

Adverse reaction:

Administration several times more than the recommended dose can cause cardiac arrhythmia, anorexia and muscular weakness.

Caution:

Shake well before use.

Should be used within 30 days after opening the seal.

Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Use only under the prescription of a veterinarian.

Storage:

Do not store above 25°C, keep away from light and freezing.
